TRAVEL CHILL Refund and Cancellation Policy attempts to accommodate our guest as much as possible and we charge only minimal fee in case of cancellation in accordance with the following guideline.

A FULL REFUND will be issued to the guest in the following circumstances:

  • In the case where cancellation has been made due to weather condition* as explained below or for any other reason that following the policy of each trip that you have been booked.

*WEATHER CONDITIONS: If the weather on the day of your booked tour prevents us from having a safe and enjoyable experience you will be informed that the trip is cancelled. You will get the refund 100%.

We issue refunds within 7 days

Refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.

After selecting ‘Add to Cart,’ you’ll start the checkout process. You need to fill in your details in the check out form and choose the payment gateway that you prefer to make a payment for the selecting tours. Now we accept the payment through Paypal, Debit & Credit Card, and Direct Bank Transfer.

Please double check that you’ve entered your details correctly and try again.

If your purchase still can’t be completed, please try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Information regarding your booking’s pickup location can be found in the “Itinerary” section of your viewing tour.

Already purchased

If your experience starts with a pickup service, the location will be detailed on the voucher.

If it is not clear on the voucher, contacting our customer service to get answers. We are happy to help you to make your experience is wonderful while traveling in Thailand.
