Pick up time from Railay Beach, designated meeting point is Railay Princess Hotel

You will learn:

• basic introduction to top rope sport rock climbing;
• basic introduction to simple belay and rappel techniques;
• basic outdoor climbing safety measures;
• how to use equipment;
• basic climbing top rope movement and holding techniques;
• caving and trekking in the national parks;
• abseiling from the famous Railay viewpoint, enjoy a 10 meter abseil from the famous viewpoint 150 meters above sea level!

Itinerary :

• 7.30- 8.00 AM hotel pick up
• 8.30 AM meet at Real Rocks shop for check in and gear fitting
• Transfer by taxi and long tail boat to Railay Beach (for customers on mainland only)
• 9.00 AM-1.00 PM climbing at one or both locations on the beach
• 1:00-2:00 PM break for lunch (PROVIDED BY REAL ROCKS)
• 2:00-5:30 PM afternoon rock climbing session + caving & abseiling from the Railay viewpoint
• 5.45 PM return to shop, return gear, end of full day climbing activity
• 6.00 PM return to Ao Nang or Krabi town

What to bring/wear:

• small day backpack
• comfortable, loose clothing for climbing;
• sun protection
• booking voucher or receipt
• camera
• waterproof bag and rain jacket (recommended for the rainy season)

• sandals or trekkers footwear for the ‘Full Day’ or ‘Family Fun’ trip to the caves

Trip recommendation :

•  In order to join this trip the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.
• The trip is not recommended for pregnant women , child under 5 year old and people with surgical history less than 6 months or with hypertension , asthma , infectious diseases.
• Available for adults and children between 7 – 65 year old and age of 7-14 years old under parents or adults’ close supervision.
• Wear comfortable shoes. No flip flop allowed. Sandals with strap are allowed.
• Wear light clothing on the trip
• Please leave your valuable belongings at your hotel , we will not take responsibility for any lost or damage.
